Hello & welcome to our web site - Buyers and sellers of vintage garden tools, collectables, bygones, antiques, kitchenalia and old country tools.
My wife and I started Smockmill Antiques - (you may know of us as gardensmock) some years ago. This has been our business for 20 years or more (we don’t like to count the years now!!). We are showing a small selection of old garden tools and collectables in this picture that we've sold on gardensmock over the last few years. The biggest demand for us at the moment is for vintage gardening tools so that is where most of our efforts go. However, we have an interest in all types of bygones, old country tools, antiques, kitchenalia & collectables. (See our archived items)
Our knowledge of these old items & their restoration is quite extensive although we would by no means call ourselves experts. Most of what we sell has been sympathetically restored so as to leave as much of the originality as possible. You will see that we have a section of old garden tools and collectables which we sell unrestored – this will allow you to tackle the job yourself so saving on cost & allowing you the satisfaction of doing something constructive in your spare time.

We mainly sell vintage garden tools and bygones on e-Bay - listing roughly every 4 weeks depending on the restoration time of items. You will see we have a good following of collectors by our feedbacks. If you would like to find us there - please log into e-Bay and type in gardensmock which is our name on the site,or send us your email address and we will email a “flyer” every time we list.
You will see our items on the web site get rather depleated when we list on eBay as we transfer some of them to our listings - please keep checking our web site after eBay listing finish as we return items and add a few more new items we have restored. See my eBay listings

We are selling old - antique tools and other items that have been professionally restored by skilled craftsmen (unless otherwise stated). We try to describe or show any faults or defects - however, these items are NOT NEW so there will be signs of age, wear and use.
